Meet Me in St. Louis and Build Your Wealth in 2017!
It wasn’t much of a surprise to me at the beginning of 2016 when St. Louis, Missouri made the Top 10 Hottest Zip Codes on Realtor.com as well as 2nd Hottest Real Estate Market. After all, I’ve been investing in St. Louis since 1991, and have seen dramatic changes and plenty of opportunities in this city. For many years, it was a real estate investing hidden gem compared to the rest of the country. From wholesaling to flipping and raising private money, St. Louis opened doors to every real estate investor’s dream.
It All Started in St. Louis…
I came to St. Louis as a young college student pursuing my MBA, and started investing in real estate as a way to pay for my college studies. Once I saw the potential in creating my own real estate investing business, I didn’t hesitate. I opened my real estate brokerage firm (Midwest Realty Corp) and in order to exponentially grow my business with rehabs and construction I also started raising private money (Diversified Real Estate Investments).
From this foundation, I began educating local want-to-be investors on how to become landlords. In 1997 I started hosting seminars in local hotels about “How to Become Financially Independent with Multi-Family Units.” Soon I established my own following of landlord/buyers and private lenders. Fast forward 14 years later, and there I was teaching my own proven strategies online nationwide.
As each New Year is ready to begin, I take some time to reevaluate my strategy as an investor. So now, as we’re flipping the calendar to 2017, I’m re-setting my goals once more. And this year, I decided to do something truly unique and exciting!
New Year’s Strategies Matter
The St. Louis 2017 Real Estate Wealth Building Conference is the first of its kind. It’s all about training, learning from the best and networking with other investors. It will be an intimate event with very well-established speakers who ‘walk the talk,’ are approachable and real, and genuinely eager to share their experience and knowledge. And, there will be no hard sales pitches to dodge.
The conference will be an ALL DAY event, on the 1st of April, from 9:00 am ’til 6:00 pm. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for the first 50 people who register online and show up the morning of the event, and there will be prizes and drawing throughout the day. You can also Meet and Mingle with the speakers the evening before the event (all the registrants will be invited) on March 31st, and rub elbows in a relaxed environment with our presenters as well as other local investors.
During my class on the 1st of April I will work with each individual attending the event, creating an action plan so you can go home and put your goals right into motion!
